Director of Equal Opportunity and Disability Compliance Officer - Responsible for compliance with and enforcement of all equal opportunity (non-discrimination and anti-harassment) laws and policies for the University of Georgia, an institution of over 60,000 persons distributed over a number of locations in Georgia and overseas. Duties included training and advising all units of the University on the matters within my jurisdiction as well as investigating and adjudicating all complaints made under applicable laws and policies. I was also the University Disability Compliance Officer and performed similar duties relevant to the ADA and related laws and policies.
